Welcome to Still Water Yoga!

 Our goal is to provide a warm and open space for the newest of yogis to advanced practitioners. We offer a variety of classes to fit your yoga needs and schedule. We aim to become an integral part of your healthy lifestyle and enhance your physical and emotional well being through our classes. Our experienced instructors come from a variety of different backgrounds, and provide support on and off the mat. 

People of all athletic abilities can find the benefit of stepping onto their mat consistently. In addition to the physical benefits of improving flexibility, gaining strength, and improving overall health, yoga can help the mind create space to find clarity. Yoga can also help people find relief from stress and come to a place of self-actualization. It allows for a quiet space and time for self reflection. Using this time for reflection, self-compassion and personal growth often manifest.
