Begin your morning with this invigorating 60-minute Vinyasa style class. The class flows through sun salutations, standing poses, balance asanas, and ends with a cool down of reclining poses. This class caters to all levels of yogis, offering inversions and arm balances, while giving modifications throughout the class. Warm up your body from the inside out to create a great start to your day.
Wake up your body, mind & soul with this blended flow of asanas that move from mellow to upbeat and powerful while finishing with a soothing relaxation to finish your practice.  ​​

This is an all levels class with an emphasis on proper alignment, to ensure a safe and beneficial practice. The goal is for you to leave the class feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally than when you first walked through the door!

UNWINDING TWISTS

This class is designed for students of all levels.  Poses (asana), pranayama (breath) and basic hatha yoga philisophy will be experienced in each hour long class.  Variations and modifications will be offered in the asana practice in order to provide safety and comfort for each student. Flowing sequences of asana and sun salutations will encourage alignment of the body and the breath.  This class will encourage a balance of strength and flexibility.  Each class will conclude with a restorative pose and Savasana.  
Get your second wind with this midday practice. Move gracefully through a series of standing postures, balances, core strengthening, arm balances and inversions. Modifications are offered throughout the class so that practitioners of every level can enjoy stepping onto their mat for this energizing class.
At the end of your busy day, take 60 minutes to yourself and allow yourself some time to unwind. Focusing on twists and deepening flexibility in the back and hips, this class will give you a feeling of release and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Come experience the playful side of yoga during this energetic Vinyasa flow! The music will be upbeat to match the tempo of the class. This class will focus on the fun and challenging balancing poses, and offer many arm balance and inversion options!
Relax at the end of your busy day with a practice lit only by candlelight. Join us for this mellow. slower flow. This class is designed for all levels and a great way to end your evening. 
Celebrate the weekend with some yoga! Our weekend warrior classes are for all levels of yogis. Our studio's instructors will rotate through teaching these classes so our practitioners can meet each and every one of them!

This class is a one hour long all levels, vinyasa flow class. The class will begin in a seated posture and you will be offered to join voices in a simple chant of Om to open the practice. Lunch Break 50/50 will warm up the body slowly and then begin to build some internal heat with Sun Salutations. After the warm up, the class moves into some standing and balancing postures to help build strength, balance, and focus, and then it will be brought back down to the floor, focusing on flexibility and relaxation. 
Practice with attention, intention, and gratitude in this final weekday class designed to help you unwind and leave the week behind. Set to meditative music, this practice thoughtfully moves you through Sun Salutations and strategically sequenced postures while focusing on alignment and breath. Often ending with restorative poses, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated in both body and mind.
